Default estimates missing from Portfolio 3.0

Default estimates missing from Portfolio 3.0

We have recently updated Jira to 8.1.0. We also updated Portfolio to 3.0. Switching to the new portfolio view I noticed that the Scheduling configuration page is missing a lot of the old functionality (specifically default estimates) . Is there a new place to edited default estimates in portfolio? If there isn't a new place will the old functionality be added to the new portfolio 3.0 view?

What I currently see in the schedule view of portfolio 3.0
