Hi I'm very new to Jira Service desk. When I started using I created a new Queue along side the queue that was already setup. The issue that I have is that when a customer submits to the portal, it seems to go into either queue, depending on the option they choose. How can I set it so that all the new requests/incidents etc... are go into 1 of the Queues?

A queue is based on a filter, so you need to look at the filter , this filter need to correspond to the issue that the customer open.
