I have a view called Active Sprint. When I open my Jira Project it defualts to Boards and I want it to default to Active Sprint. How can I make that the default that opens when I open my Jira project?

It seems no such config for your requirement.
I usually press the keyboard shortcuts to switch to Active Sprint with "2".
1=backlog
2=active sprint
3=report
