Default Configuration Scheme part is not coming when I try to configure the field

Hi ,

I have created a custom field for my project screen and configured that fields in multiple issue type and made that field as required.

However after I made is required , it not visible and not able to configure again as 

Default Configuration Scheme part is not coming when I try to configure the field. It says that 'Not configured for any context'  and not able to add or do any configuration.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if you are using a next-gen or a classic project. 

Also, please let us know if it's a Business or a Software project.

If possible, send us the steps you followed, so we can do the same here in order to check if its a bug or how to fix it.

Hi 

I am using a classic project , I was able to manage to create the custom field again and configure as I expected.
