I am trying to debug an issue with our Jira instance, wherein some requests are failing sometimes with connection reset or timeouts, as reported by the browser developer tools (console and network tab). But when I try to export the session HAR with data, those same requests are showing as status 200 (success) in the HAR file, so the support people I'm working with aren't able to see what the problem is. Why would failed requests show up as 200 in the HAR file? I tried this in both Chrome (71.0.3578.98) and Safari (12.0.2) on OS X, and the behavior was identical for the request errors and HAR export.
