Hello, all!
I got the following message when trying to log into my board today:
How do I fix this? It seams that the 'contact us' link just send me to a 'self help page' - and this case I do not seam to be able to help myself...
Regards,
Andreas
Hello @Andreas Brekken
If you are the Organization admin for the site you can try following the guidance in this document:
https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/
Make sure you follow the instructions in the first section to reactivate an inactive subscription, not the second section that talks about starting a trial.
If you encounter problems with this process you should reach out to the Atlassian Licensing team by completing the form at this location:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
Hi Andreas,
You need to follow the link - it is to Atlassian support and is not just a self-help page.

I haven't gotten one of those messages for a long time, but doesn't the "contact us" link lead to the Technical Support portal at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
If that is the case and the person does not have a paid subscription, would it not prevent them from opening a technical support case?
They would have to select the "Billing, payments, and pricing" option (which is non-intuitive for this scenario) to get a pop-up about going to the Billing, Licensing, and Pricing support page?

No, if you click on the link in his question, it takes you straight to the Have a question on pricing, billing and licensing? page. Or at least it did for me.
