Hi!
I have a Jira Server deploy in my server. Everyday it sends me an emails with subject "Jira Registrar resultados del examen de 2019-06-05..." and then the report of the examn: "Registering failure for stream provider Bitbucket Connector due to cancellation"
First of all i would like to deactivate this daily examn, and secondly how do i fix that "error" (everything works fine) because I actually have an integration with Bitbucket.
This might be somewhere in the forums but i haven't found it.
Thank you!
Hi Joaquin,
If I understand you here, it seems that you have two different concerns here:
To address the first concern, it sounds like you probably have a subscription in Jira setup to send you daily emails of issues that match some JQL filter search. I would recommend going to the search filters page to try to find this subscription. You can do this by going to the top navigation bar -> Issues -> Manage Filters. On this page you will want to select the search option on the left and then do a blank search to see what filters you can see.
On this page you should then be able to see which one of these filters you have a subscription to. From there you can cancel that subscription:
As for the second error, I have not found any clear problem relating to this error just yet. Could you explain the impact of this error message? From the other cases I have found about this error, there does not appear to be a clear cause that explains why this is generated, nor does there appear to be a negative impact here.
Andy
I found where was scheduled the daily report.
It looks like it was "spamming" a warning registered in my ~/atlassian-jira.log that occurred 1 month ago (probable when bitbucket went down and couldn't connect with it)
Thank you for your answer!
