Dates are exported with different format

Hello!
When we export dates to excel, all months are uploaded in numbers, except for the month of May.

May looks like "Май" (Russian language)

Is there any way to solve this problem? 
We would like all dates to be uploaded in numbers

This is due to Russian localization. The month of May is exported from Jira as 'маЯ' instead of 'маЙ'. Therefore, Excel does not perceive it as a date. Can this be fixed somehow?

I'm not sure how you export to Excel, but with the Better Excel Exporter app you will get consistent date format for every date and date-time value fields, see the shot below.

Even better, you can configure the date in "field-helper.groovy" as a single global setting, or even separately for the different fields.
