Date / Time display configurable by user
Would it be possible (and how) for each user to configure date and time display
a) indirectly via language/region settings
b) explicite date/time format display in the user settings
To be clear:
I am not talking about configuring the global time storage format as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/changing-the-due-date-input-format-192536.html
Currently I've set the language/region to "Deutsch (Deutschland)" - "German (Germany)", but the date is still displayed in the globally configured american format.
