Date Picker Format (Jira Cloud Issue Collectors)

I have read about Advanced Settings in the Admin where you can change the date picker format, but I cannot find anything in Jira Cloud to do this?

My problem is the date format of the picker is different than the rest of the application, and we use Issue Collectors frequently. 

Jira Cloud is using mm/dd/yy but the issue collectors show a date picker with dd/MMM/yy and users are not used to this format and often times get errors.

Any help on how to change this is very much appreciated!
