I just installed Tempo on JIRA Cloud, as I go to reports, when I try to filter, it only shows the issues that are opened after the installation. Please advise

Could you also please go to particular project and check for the view all work logs permission along with browse project and work on issues which are equally imperative to see hours of all the users ?Project 300 - Project Permissions.png
