Dashboards - unable to cancel or edit the shared ones added to my favorites/keyboard shortcuts don´t work

Hello,

I am new here. Have recently started working with Jira and facing two issues:

1. As I stated in a title: the "shared" dashboards I add to my favorites cannot be nor edited neither deleted. I can edit just my dashboards and cannot deleted any, building a nice list that cannot be modified. The main administrator can delete the dashboards of each user but when doing it, has to delete all or none. Can this be changed? Could users manage theirs dashboards more efficiently?

2. Keyboard shortcuts - Jira doesn t react on keyborad shortcuts. Could somebody kindly advise?

Are you still facing issues with the JIRA Dashboard and Shortcuts right now? If yes, I would suggest you to reach out to the support engineers by raising a ticket in https://support.atlassian.com so they can help you troubleshoot the problem.
