Is there the possibility to create a dashboard, with an aerogram, that filters only the project states (once created the additional "Porject field" for example with the Custom field app) and not the ticket states?

Searching for similar questions, features, and add-ons, I didn't find anything that mentions "aerogram" for dashboards, so I'm afraid to say that it's not possible to achieve this.

We can search for something similar and it would be great if you could share with us an example, some screenshots.

Have you tried using the gadgets available in Jira? 

Please, let us know more details about the gadget that you need and the information you want to show, so we can check if there is any workaround.
