Dashboard, update "days previously" for multiple gadgets at same time?

Hi,
I make a date-limited filter (i.e., for the year 2020) for Created vs Resolved, Time to First Response, and Average Age, comparing stats across several different teams on a monthly and quarterly basis that is shared with the team managers.
Currently, I have to edit each widget (15) for updating "days previously" every few months throughout the year as time progresses so that the chart looks nice (rather than have a flatline pre-January). Is there a way to batch edit the "days previously" for all 15 widgets on the same dashboard at the same time? Thank you
