Dashboard to collect other Dashboard

Is it possible tu build a Dashboard that contains links with other Dashboard. For example a Master Dasboard where there are links conncted to other Dashboard

No this can't be done ootb.

There might be apps on the marketplace, you will have to see if there are.

@Stefano De Santis You can easily add a new gadget (developed by Atlassian, but not part of Jira Cloud sites out of the box!) to your site which allows displaying arbitrary HTML text. In the HTML, you can add links, it is trivial.
