Dashboard suddenly in japanese

Hi, I have a bug that the description in my dashboard sometimes switches to japanese. E.g. for the Sprint Burndown Gadget. Any idea why this is happening? 

I am using Jira Software (Cloud)

This issue is suddenly happening to me as well... 

I tried the resolution above as I am the Jira administrator for my org and it did nothing.

So this has to be configured from the site adminstrator? Neither my browser nor my individual jira cloud settings are in japanese
