When I create the donut chart the following error message appeared.
> Some issues have multiple “Components” values. Cannot draw donut chart.
Indeed, in our field settings, the field "Components" can have multiple values. So I understand that donut chart function confused that those issues to be shown which areas.
What I want to know is that, are there any technics to avoid "error" itself even this situation?
like, escape counting such issues, such issues to be counted as "others", allow multiple counts, so on..
Hi @Akio Senda
Welcome to the community.
Are you using the default Jira gadget on the dashboard, or are they provided by an app.
What is your requirement for the chart?
You could simply adjust the filter used or not show components on the chart.
More information could help providing or helping you to a solution.
Thank you for your comments!
I am using default Jira gadget. What I want to create is "donut chart by component" & how to avoid such error in this case.

Welcome to the community, @Akio Senda .
Are you sure that you are working with the default Jira gadget? I've just tested it and for me it was possible to display a donut/pie chart of issues with multiple components per issue.
This is how the standard gadget looks in the dashboard selection.

Thank you!
I aware of that what I am struggling with is "Rich Filter Flexi Charts"! Therefore, I think it is inappropriate to make inquiries here, so I would like to close this matter. thank you all very much.
