Dashboard product to visualize Service Desk data

I am looking for a product with in Atlassian or externally that connects easily with Jira Cloud to build custom dashboard visualization for my service desk.

hi @Max Orejola and welcome to the community!

i'm not affiliated with any application but one that I've used frequently is EazyBI (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=eazybi)

The thing I like a lot about this one is:

• separate from the Jira instance but interconnected
• it's a BI solution so it will pull the data in to a Cube that is predefined based on Jira best practices but still allows you to build your own measures/members/..
• You can either create reports or dashboards which are shared based on roles and permissions.

There are plenty of reporting apps on the marketplace so just chiming in with one I like :)

We develop an app called Ronin Dashboards for Jira, which allows you to build custom dashboards for ITSM. You can see a shared dashboard here https://bit.ly/ITSM_dashboard
There are more than 60 gadgets, and some allow you to create custom charts.
