Dashboard not displaying for others

There's a dashboard I created thats not displaying for others, even though it's "shared with everyone" and all filters on the dashboard are also shared with the team members manually. Am I missing a setting?

Hello Ezra, yes I've confirmed the board is searchable. When they try to view the board though, they see this
