Dashboard needed with story and its subtask and its status and assignee of 3rd subtask alone

Hi All,

I  am no Jira Admin, i m just a user, and i need to create a dashboard in jira which looks exactly like this. can someone give suggestion on how i can achieve that without installing any 3rd party addon but just JQL alone.

Please be noted:  we create stories and subtask with exact same names as we use clone feature.

you can search the atlassian marketplace for addons with a table feature + free addons

Or you can create+save a JQL search and list this in the dashboard.

But it would look like JQL search and not like a table in your form.
