Hi all,
I have the following problem in my Jira environment.
When I create a dashboard and e.g. set the view permission to all logged in users and the edit permission to the admin group, the dashboard is visible.
If I now add a single user to the edit permissions, all permissions are gone.
However, the user has access to all filters and projects in the dashboard.
But the shares are displayed under "manage dashboards".
Thanks
Joerg

Try removing the single user and use only group in the edit permissions OR add single users in the admin group individually along with the new user and remove admin group, and see if that works for you.

Hi @Bhanu
Unfortunately, your suggestion did not help me.
My problem is also somewhat different.
After a few more tests, when I share a dashboard, it works until I add another user as editor, then the previous shares are deleted and only the new one is there.

Did you test having only one group (all users are in this group) for the edit shares?

If I only specify groups, the shares remain.
But as soon as I add a single user, all the previous shares disappear.
