I've been asked if it's possible for the Issue Statistics gadget to show all status' even if the result is 0 and if there's a way to order it alphabetically rather than by the amount?

Hi @Rebekah Riddell,

For your first question: no. The gadget shows data from a filter and data that are not returned by the filter cannot be shown in the gadget. So showing statuses with no issues is not possible.

Sorting data in a different way than by total is possible by setting the sort by option in the gadget configuration to natural (rather than total). For statuses, that natural sorting however assumes the order of statuses in the Admin section of Jira, so they won't be alphabetical until you rearrange them there. That does require a Jira admin to assist you.
