Dasboard Widget to show Assignee Progress

I've been trying to find/construct a widget that will run a list of assignees along the Y-axis and progress of stories completed along the X-axis. 

ex. Say a user has completed (Done) 2 of 4 stories.  There will be a horizontal bar graph showing 50%.

I already have a filter and rich filter returning current sprint and project.  Thoughts or suggestions?

First, create the filter and save it, then use the Two-dimensional gadget to see the X-axis and Y-axis view or Issue Statistics/Filter gadget to see the result in percentage (%).
