Dark Theme Scrollbar thumb blends in

When using Light and Dark Theme on the Backlog page, the Vertical scrollbar for Sprints Pane and Epics Pane have the thumb [webkit-scrollbar-thumb css] the same (or very similar) color as the background of the scrollbar [webkit-scrollbar-track].  This makes it impossible to actually use.  

You can easily see the scrollbar when the Theme is set to "Original".

We seem to be using v.10 LTS

It is a known bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-26313

You might want to watch it to receive updates on it and add a vote for it to make it more visible.

I voted and am watching it.  Considering it is 9 months old and they are still gathering impact....our Org might upgrade to a newer version that doesn't have the issue before they fix it.
