I have a question about field DURATION_IN_BUSINESS_DAYS_BH and how does it counted:
On the example below I have ticket which has some inconsistency in field DURATION_IN_BUSINESS_DAYS_BH.
It was moved in status on 6/3/2024 11:11:39 PM and from this status on 6/4/2024 11:02:55 PM. This is almost 24 normal hours. And in 24h we should have only 8 business hours (logically). But on the screenshot DURATION_IN_BUSINESS_DAYS_BH is almost 16 hours - what is wrong in my understanding.
I see that this problem is valid only for statuses which were valid for 2 different calendar dates. For others - these is no any issues.
Do you know if this is an bug or I am missing something? Thanks
