Hi Community!
I have a problem with a Date Picker field. I created a Date Picker field, associated it with the screens and it works perfectly for me. The colleagues on the team, instead, have problems entering the date. Could it be because I use the English (UK) version of Jira, while my colleagues use it in Italian? How can I correct the error?
Hello @Sara Santucci
Welcome to the community.
Please explain exactly what problem your colleagues are encountering.
Hello Trudy,
I try to explain you...
If my colleagues manually enter (from the keyboard) the date (dd/mm/ yy) in the empty field an error is returned.
Same error selecting the date from the calendar.
I think because the month is in English (mm/dd/yy) and only by changing it manually comes accepted.
It seems that the version in which the Date Picker was created is not compatible with the one used by colleagues. Is it possible?

I have found several open issues in Atlassian's backlog related to the Date Picker field and internationalization.
And also this one that is not in their Internationalization backlog
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-16868
I didn't find one specifically related to Italian.
I think there is a bug here. The only option seems to be for the user to use English language settings. You should contact Atlassian Support directly using the "Raise A Bug" feature in the Jira interface or the Contact Support page to report this.
