I'm looking to create a ticket for a specific task.
In my graphic Designer board, I need to create customised tickets specifically for when a new logo is needed.
I need to create a ticket with specific files that will only be used for this purpose and still appear on the main board.
I look forward to your answers.
Thank you in advanced.
Hello @Xacome Coira
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
In what way do you want to customize the issue and how does that prevent you from using one of the issue types that already exists?
Hi, thank you for reaching out.
I need the new tasks to be specific fields that serves a specific purpose.
The already existing ones have to many fields and most of them are not relevant for the new tasks purpose.
I thought that having customised tasks will speed up the process.

Are you working with a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?
For a Company Managed project you can create a new Issue Type from Jira Administration > Issues > Issue Types.
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/add-edit-and-delete-an-issue-type/
You would need to add that new Issue Type to the Issue Type Scheme used by the project.
You would need to create screens with the appropriate fields for that issue type.
You would need to add those screens to a new Screen Scheme, and then associate that Screen Scheme to the new Issue Type in the Issue Type Screen Scheme used by the project.

You also need to consider if you need a custom workflow for that type of issue.
If you are working with a Team Managed project you can add new issue types in the Project Settings > Issues page. You can also configure the available fields for that issue type there, and create a custom workflow if needed.
