Customiza Date Picker Calendar

Is it possible to customize the date picker calendar (in Due Date for instance), so the first day for each week is Monday? Currently is Sunday.

it has sth. to do with your language settings.

In my case it's pretty simple. As soon as I change my language setting to German I get Monday as the first day of week...
