Customers login but need to be added to their Organization to be able to see request types to submit

Our JSM is set up so that our customers that have the link can set up a password and create a profile in JSM. However, in order for them to be able to submit tickets the agents need to add them to their Organization to be able to see the request types. How can we get a notification that a new customer has logged in and needs to be put into the correct org?

I never found thi case, but if the customer domains are well know, you can solve with this: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-email-domains-to-automatically-group-customers-into-organizations/
