Hi, community,
Do you guys know why when I share my portal link to my customers, they kept getting the link is suspicious and dangerous and potentially a malware site at their end?

Do you know what software is giving them the warning?
When I send them via text messaging (SMS) on their Andriod or iPhone.

The initial way to read that response is that you're sending them the warnings!
I think what you mean is that you are sending them a link via SMS and their 'phone is throwing them a warning. More specifically, smart 'phones use software to do all their functions nowadays.
So, we need to know what software on the 'phone is throwing the warning.

You'll need to look into those applications to find out why they are flagging your messages as risky.
I suspect you'll find that they are spotting something in your SMS sending program or provider that looks insecure or suspicious to them, and you'll need to fix whatever that is on whatever it is you are using to send the SMS out.
