Hi,

 

I have added customers to my next gen. I get confirmation that its been added. 

 

When I refresh to check it the name does appear. 

 

Why is this happening? Is there something that Im not doing correctly?

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to issues with customer permissions and also they are duplicated on the customer's list.

Since a support engineer is already checking this issue, I believe it would be better to also mention this one, because they will be able to access your instance and confirm what is happening. As per the details of the ticket, the issue might be more complicated than it seems and accessing your site would be the best option.

If you want to treat this specific case here, please let me know and I'll try all the available options without accessing your site.
