Our Jira is set to send users a Customer Satisfaction survey after a ticket is set to closed. But when we create a ticket using the Teams plugin "Jira Cloud" it does not send the user a Customer Satisfaction Survey email. Is there a way to change this?
I was able to find another article that solved my question. When we created a ticket through the plugin, it did not fill in a "Request type" so we created an automation for it.
