Hi I am trying to access my customer's JIRA Dashboard for projects I have been assigned to. But instead of opening JIRA ( the URL with jira/software ), it opens https://<ClientID>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals. What could be the problem.
Accessing a Jira dashboard requires a Jira Software license - in other words: product access to Jira Software. On top of that the dashboard itself should also be shared with you.
Your being redirected to the customer portal most likely means you do not have the proper product access. Reach out to an administrator to have that fixed.
