I am trying to add a customer to an organization and have it send them the invite email but it is not going thru.
I haven't had this issue before. Please help.
The customer email is jose@atlus-ins.com
They show up as a user but they aren't getting the email to sign up.

Sometimes user emails get blacklisted by Atlassian during the signup. I would suggest you open a support time with them.
