When utilizing the the Initiative as a hierarchy level on top on Epics or when utilzing other hierarchy levels (mentioned here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver0329/configuring-initiatives-and-other-hierarchy-levels-1021218664.html) can I have a custom workflow?
