Custom user fields aren't resolved in confluence

Hi there, 

we're having a problem with some custom user fields of JIRA.
We created some user fields for our stakeholders or business analysts.

But if we want to show all the informations in confluence, they won't be resolved in names and only the user names of our AD will be shown.

For all the default user fields, like author or assignee, the user names will be resolved correctly into names.

Is there anything we can do to solve this problem?
