Custom report not loading

We have a custom report built off one our project boards. It has been running seamlessly, but when I went to extract the report I received the below error message. How do I troubleshoot this probel?

Hi Thomas - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Sometimes this just seems to be a timing issue. You will get the message now, but it will go away later. I would try to run it again and if you get the same message, I would go ahead and submit a support ticket to Atlassian.

Great! I run across that from time to time myself. I just wait it out, and it usually clears itself.  :-)
