Greetings of the day!
I'm new to JIRA and trying to configure custom fields to Default Issue screen Field tab. However the configured field is not appearing in the Field Tab thought configured to appear.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you checked in the (Open an Issue) > Configure > Issue View (1st image) to verify that the two fields showing up in the Context part of the Issue View screen (on the right) are in the Description section of the Issue View (2nd image) where the Summary field is located?
