Hi!
I have made the following automation rule:
1. When a task in project A reaches a certain status, a task in project B is created.
2. When creating a task in project B, some filled-in fields are copied from the task of project A:
3. I get an error in the log: Unknown fields set during create, they may be unavailable for the project/type. Check your custom field configuration. Fields ignored
4. I checked the settings of the custom fields and they are associated with project A and project B and with their screens.
5. Here is an example that the error field "Валюта оплаты (customfield_10195)" is in both projects:
What else do I need to set up?
Hi @Игорь Титов,
The fields you are trying to copy must also be present on the create issue screen of the issue type you are creating in the target project.
Hope this helps!
All the necessary fields exist in the first and second projects. I added them by myself.
I found that one custom field was able to get into a new task.
I checked the settings with the fields that did not appear - the settings seem to be the same.
Dont know what I have to check next (

Check Project Settings > Screens in the target project of your automation rule. Look at the screens associated with the issue type you are trying to create, more specifically the screen linked to the create operation. Make sure that the fields that are mentioned in the error log are present on that specific screen.

Hi @Игорь Титов
If you are having trouble creating new issues in another project while copying custom field values, you could also try our app Deep Clone for Jira.
You can also integrate Deep Clone in your existing Jira Automation. Read more on this here.
