Actually we have total 4 custom fields

The 3 custom fileds have same value

When the values populate in this 3 custom fileds for example 

A in 1st custom filed

B in 2nd custom field

A in 3rd custom field

Automatically the priority value i.e, A should be populated in the 4th custom field 

How we do this?

Though the values you stated are confusing (could be typo?), assuming that first three custom fields have the same value, you may write an automation rule with conditions that test the equality of these custom fields and if they meet the criteria, an action can be called to assign value of first (or second or third as they are all same) custom field to the 4th custom field. 

If my assumption is not correct, please explain what the priority value i.e., A is and what is unique about it out of the three custom fields.

We custom field names has overall, scope, cost, schedule. 

And the values are At risk, needs help, on track for all the custom fields. 

Now the values populated in scope, cost and schedule should be automatically get populated in overall custom field based on the priority. 

Can you please write the rule also how it works clearly
