I have a custom field that is no showing on the "Create" screen. I've checked to make sure that it is in the correct Filed Configuration (it is), that it is part of the correct screen (it is). I even made it "required" in order to troubleshoot - interestingly enough, I've been able to create an issue, even though this field was "required". That makes me to believe that my problem is filed configuration related, but I can't figure it out. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
In the Create Screen, check the button Configure Fields (top right). Maybe the option Custom Fields, where some fields are enabled is current. Set it to All Fields.
If this way don't works, try search the field on the Custom Field session in the Administration Screen and check if the context allow show this field on your project and issuetype.
Hi @Gregory Kremer ,
please check your custom field context. Probably, it is not avalialble for your project or issue type.
That should be the trick.

@Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ Just double-checked - the field is set to "Global", so it doesn't seem to be a problem. Does it?

Hi @Gregory Kremer ,
if it is global, it is not hidden from field configuration so you can try to use "find your field" that should help us to retrieve the reason
