Hi,
I'm able to set up transalation option for the name of my customs fields but I would like also to tranlate the content as well.
I mean I have a selection of choices in my custom field that I would like to to have translation option. Is it possible to do so?

Unfortunately you can't translate them. Vote and watch this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-40049 which is now under consideration.
