Custom field drop down --> automates specific due date?

Hello -- adding more context here:

• I have a custom field titled "What channel?" that has a large selection for project users to select.
• I would like an automation to populate custom field "Copy: Due Date" based on the selection in the drop down.
• So for example, if I select "social" which requires 5 business days -- I would like it to understand the selection and populate the date 5 business days from now.
• it would be a series of conditional statements I assume?
