Custom field created from NumberField is showing values twice

While adding a custom field in any project is showing its value twice on any issue created. Can someone please help with this problem we are facing?
For example, you can see the "Story_Project:" custom field showing values 123.01 twice.

It is a Custom field of type NumberField :
