Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We use CSV files to create and import our project's backlogs. I'm trying to make the process as painless as possible, and one thing I'd like to be able to do is create a Configuration File that can be used by anyone, regardless of what project they're importing to. I've tried modifying a config file that was generated from a previous import, but when I attempt to use it, I get an error that says "Cannot read configuration file". I just want a config file that will handle all the field mapping without including anything specific to a single project. This is my modified file. What's gone wrong?
