Custom Tempo worklogs export from Jira

Hello,

What we have:

* Jira Data Center

* We use Tempo to log our time 

* Better Excel to create monthly custom exports for logged time

* We have many-many issues to log time monthly (weekly there are more then 2000 tickets)

* Also, we have many users that don't log time in time, or that change their logged time ... very 'what you see today not guaranteed to be tomorrow'.

What we need:

To be able to export/generate these monthly exports easier :-)

HELP!!!

Is there another app that we can use to export the logged time from Tempo?

We like Better Excel because we can customize a lot, but we are very annoyed that we can't export more than 2000 tickets sooo 3-4 days at a time :-(

Hi @Anca Cristescu 

You can overwrite the export limit in Jira, this will also imapce Better Excel.

But this can impact performance or even bring the instance down as ti will consume memory.

The same article information is mentioned in the Better Excel documentaiton.

It is working ok, as long as I don't what to export worklogs :( 

I get a timeout if I want to export a little too much than my current batch.

A follow up question - would it be better in Cloud? Could these monthly reports be generated 'easier'? without needing so small junks?
