Custom Jira Agile Reports & Metrics

Is there a way to generate custom JIRA Agile reports and metrics such as effort variance, defect density, defect leakage ,Error Discovery Rate , Defect Fix Rate , Defect Removal Efficiency , productivity etc.

I heard about eazyBI Plug-in Is this Plug-in helps me with above Metrics please help me on this

Welcome to Atlassian Community!  To answer your most excellent question.  Jira Software without additional Apps (i.e., Plug-Ins or Add-Ons as the terms are synonymous here) will not be able to measure those items you've asked for.  eazyBI will indeed help but you also have to make sure you have objects in Jira such as IssueTypes or Custom Fields setup on Issue Types to be able to measure those things.  Moreover, eazyBI has a language known as MDX that has a pretty steep learning curve but provides an ability to perform very complex calculations.

I am using easyBI trail version for our Project i would like to generate the 

defect density,

defect leakage

,Error Discovery Rate ,

Defect Fix Rate ,

Defect Removal Efficiency 

I need help how to generate above reports , Could you please help me on this
