Custom Field not appearing on the cards for a business project

Hi, as written above, I will need to have the custom field appear in the card just like how the labels do when you customize this on a business project, company-managed. 

Is this possible? Also, when I try to filter using the custom field, it says that the custom field cannot be located. However, I tried checking using the "Find my Field" option and it's all checked out.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Currently, the Jira Work Management projects supports specific custom fields on the cards due to which you are unable to select the custom field.

You can refer to the document Filter, search, and customize the cards on your board which outlines the supported fields.

The field is already active and it is appearing on the tickets as well. 

I would like to know if it is possible to have it seen here so we can use it as an identifier on the cards. 

Unfortunately, it seems that I can't use the filters either.
