Custom Develop User Notification preference in DC

I see User notification preference in Jira Cloud. This feature is not available in DC. IS there any example or anyone developed custom user notification preference in DC Jira. If anyone already custom developed this feature, could you give example or guide to do it.

@TAMILSELVAN V There are several apps that allow you to control how notifications go to users but there is not any that I know of that allow the user to determine how they receive notifications.
