Custom Customer Portals

Hello,

I am looking to have completely customer portals that are private. For example, Client A has a customer portal. This portal needs to NOT be visible to Client B. Currently, if someone goes to our servicedesk/customer/portals... anyone can see the list of clients. 

For the sake of business and NDA stuff... we need to preserve the privacy of our clients. 

Additionally, I would want client A's service desk experience to look different than client B's. Different colors, different user guide content, etc. 

Can someone point me in the right direction?
